Hope, you all are doing well. As you are aware, blind customers are allowed to
avail cheque facility in the banks. I have an account in State Bank Of India
with cheque facility. But due to the change of staff, I am feeling difficulty
to got my signatures attested by the SBI officials. Though I have got relevant
circular, but the annexure in which is a declaration is not attached with the
circular.
If anyone of you can supply this annexure I will be very benefitted.
