the employees of SBI can download the related circular through their
internal server. quote them circular number and ask to download it.

Hi all,
Hope, you all are doing well. As you are aware, blind customers are
allowed to avail cheque facility in the banks. I have an account in State
Bank Of India with cheque facility. But due to the change of staff, I am
feeling difficulty to got my signatures attested by the SBI officials.
Though I have got relevant circular, but the annexure in which is a
declaration is not attached with the circular.
If anyone of you can supply this annexure I will be very benefitted.
