Subject: [AI] Internal circulars by banks.

Apart from the RBI circular of 2008 and the IBA guidelines, we have been
noticing that many banks have their own circulars/guidelines for visually
challenged customers.

Please send these internal circulars of Banks to me at
[email protected]

If these are uploaded on any website it would be great if someone directed
me to the correct url.

The more the Banks, the merrier.

Thanks Kanchan
