If that add on has rightly been installed. You will get a button with the name download on the exact youtube streaming page. You can reach that button with down arrow. In my case that link is found below the report button found on all youtube streaming pages. I would like to mention one more thing, this download link was inaccessible to some older versions of Jaws. But for Jaws 14 with windos 7 it is fully accessible. Another thing you can do is checking the status of the save from.net extension. Sometimes it might be in disabled condition. In that case you need to enable it. You can get the add on window with the keystroke ctrl+shift+a. If none of the above mentioned is the reason, this is going beyond my knowledge. Some expert would explain it.
