Yes, She will have to furnish her changed name in Government Gazet. Or
if her marriage is registered with changed name, then her marriage
certificate will do the needful.
But this practice of forcing women change their name is patriarchal,
and many feminists boil and are fighting hard to retain their maternal
 title.
