Dear list members, There is a shortcut in Windows itself for accessing system tray "Windows Key + B" (B for Bravo). I am normally using the said command and not using the JAWS command of Insert+F10. I think one can use it with NVDA also as it's a windows shortcut so should be independent of screen-reader software. Hope above helps.
