Police have registered case on Monday and launched a hunt to nab the accused, Phool Chand, 25.
Police said accused Phool Chand, 25, resident of the same village has been booked for rape. Mehndiwani police outpost in charge, S S Usrate said, "She does not have her mother and used to live alone with her father in the village. On Saturday, father of the girl went to buy kerosene oil from fair price shop. On his return, he saw that the accused was raping his daughter."
