Hello, I am getting ded up with my Windos 7 on Dell Vostro laptop. It is three years old. I got it recently formatted. The problem is that it does not start normally each time. Even if it starts, the explorer window is very slow. I have tried everything I know, including full scan and chkdsk etc.
I used Windows XP on it for a few days. I am thingking of going back to the old system. My vendor says that it is worn out and I should go for a new laptop. Do yu think that a life of three years is enough for a thirty-thousand Dell laptop? I used mainly for editing audio files.
