hi, it seems that the programs are restricted threw eather windows firewall or AVG' internet security's firewall. you must allow the programs threw windows firewal. type allow a program threw windows firewall in search box and follow the prompts. you might need to brouze the program excicutable (.exe) icon. if still it doesnt works, you need to do the same with the AVG's firewall. it is manageable with jaws so dont worry.
