am not very sure how these programs works, but some times, these programs installs there other components seprettly so even if you have removed avg internet security, AVG firewall might be working try the allowing program threw program interface once. i dont remember much, but once you disable the avg firewal, and you try to access the program, firewal dialog box comes itself asking whether you want to allow the program or not. that time, just choos yes and tick the remember the rule something button.
