Friends As announced, in an earlier mail on the list, we have a team of mentors who are doing an excellent job behind the scene, assisting members to correct themselves while they interact on the list.
Regrettably, some members react very sharply when our mentors intervene to assist them. This demotivates their morale and makes it difficult to keep this going. It may be noted, we consider mentoring and correcting a better alternative than taking actions. We seek cooperation from every member in this endeavour. I would also add, we take such poor interactions seriously and it would attract action from my part.
