Hi Interesting. I suppose the list guidelines should suffice. But my friend I have to take action for breaching it. If that were really to happen then, even moderation is not required.
Mentoring is a much longer interaction and an effort to make a correction and bring about change. It is much different than taking action. Our mentors engage themselves in a private conversation and hence it is much better than being snubbed by fellow members on a public forrum.
