1. Is it enforceable? 2. Will products like DTH set top boxes, washing machines, micro waves etc become accessible? By accessible I mean “independent usage”? And not for the sake of it, leveling buttons etc. 3. Though it’s a start, but I am scared that as Amar said soft electronic services like web sites are out of it’s purview? Why? Policies are always directional then why can not it be included too from the start? 4. Where can we read it’s official draft?
