egorly awaiting your explanation. so plz do the needfull as soon as your done with being numb. 1 reason that comes to mind, could b the part about recognission. where u might argue that greater awareness has led to more openness with facing facts and true figures. also that people working in the disability sector have probably worked their best, and managed to achieve their aim of forcing the government to face reality and smell the coffee. that is of course 1 possibility. the other reason that could perhaps explain the quantom leap could b the recent increese in the number of conditions under which 1 can be included among the disabled. for example the inclusion of cancer patients as part of the comunity if it has been considered by the sensus reports could explain the high numbers. for me it is only scary and depressing. because it also brings to light a whole lot of other figures such as the extent of mal-nurrishment of to be mothers, and the number of people that could have been able to cure themselves of their potential disability, but weren't able to do it in time, because of lak of resources.
