Hi,
You are right.
Hindi_Varnamala is a Romanized Hindi keyboard layout specially
designed for VI users by me.
However, sited persons can also use it equally.
If you are VI person, I suggest to switch to it.
My Varnamala is designed in such a way it is almost similar to all
Indian languages.
