This is definitely a good move.  I think organisations like Swayam)I
think) having people like SC Vasisht should be invited into such
committees as they have worked on accessibility of public places in
the past.  I don't know how things happen at that level.  But I think
we  should volunteer to offer expertise on complete accessibility at
this stage of the project rather than just criticise it after it has
been completed.
