Discussion is going in right direction where I wanted this to head.
You are right Grassroot movement was the base on which many
Institutes/NGOs as superstructures standing today. But sadly, the zeal
and commitment for snatching rights which is denied is missing today.
reasons can be many, but that zeal and fire to die for our due is on
decline. close-door discussions are supplementary methods and do not
address grassroot hardships face by fellow beings.
Moreover, In fact, In this eara where buzzword 'governance' is on
Everybody's mind, and planning commission is busy in collating
different vantage points for policy formulations and funds allocation
our Representatives lack so called expertees.
