Hi Champ, Well, you can do things independently like bookings, letting airlines know that you need an escort to assist you right to the seat of aircraft (but if you are with family I don't recommend you taking help as it is not required), talk to travel agents and google it up about the places you can visit, check up on hotels and get the bookings done if you haven't taken a package, arrange cab and stuff to get you wherever you want from Airport, so basically the whole planning and execution. I mean frankly you will need help just in visiting places as you are not familiar with the layout.
