hello, i also would like to know that can we apply for the special cl given to the central government/psu employees to attend the programs related to disability? since this convention is going to be held at the premises of north campus, DU [a statutory body under the central act)? also can the same leave be taken to attend techshare conference 2014? i am confused because in the circular issued in this behalf, there is one clause which mentions that these kinds of programs to be arranged by the state/central government agencies which are approved by the ministry of social justice and empowerment.
