May I add, all delegates from Delhi and outstation need to register online. Besides, all escorts / care givers also have to register themselves. The registration shall close on Jan. 31st. Thereafter we will not be able to take any more registration. We cannot take in spot registration as well. Time is closing in and hence please hurry up.
