Hi Nilima Almost all of us face such situation at some point in life. The problem is person based and the mind set. In my opinion such forms of discrimination is experienced in developed countries as well. By no means, I am justifying what has happened. We don't get stuck by that. There are always other opportunities as well and one need to move on. There are also mechanisms to confront such folks. It is just as important to confront them.
