I definitely agree with Ketan’s view of not abusing any individual rather having a fruitful discussion. Infact I also would like to thank Mr. Javed to join the list where by I am sure, the healthy discussion could be done and each of the opinion could be heard. I also have a suggestion how about few of the organization could hold a face to face discussion locally? Incase if this is already happening then please excuse my ignorance
