Friends, here in Delhi the delhi police attitude towards Disabled
persons is also not too good, if any disabled person take any problem
to police whatever the high post the disabled person is the police man
talks very roodly with disabled persons, the delhi police is just like
authorised gunda or in other words gundas of government with all legal
powers.
