hello list members I am basant from rajasthan. I saw the condition of rajasthan regarding to the visuall impairment. I have a dream to start a NGO and work for VIs. I would like to know about government rules for starting a NGO. I have heard many names relating to NGOs like confedaration, fedaration, alliance, association, trust etc. I request to access india please give me information for the same.
