Hi Anjina, You do not get phones with key pads any more. Touch screens are certainly usable. If you need to use tactile keys, then go for an external keyboard. Alternatively, look at http://www.speeddots.com. These are for iDevices but you may be able to make something similar for the phone you purchase. Be warned, this is a non-trivial task.
