dear friends, i am working in SBI there some times i have to followup with the branches regarding complaints. some times i have to assist the branches about how to go to complaint system. as they are not aboe to locate the link of the same. how do i make tehm understand that the said link is located on the right side of the page or left side? as jaws is not announce the same. and also we are able to navigate the pages by creating link list. is there any command in jaws to know the posission of the same? friends please help me in this matter. with thanks and regards gufran.
