There is a trick you can use. You first route your jaws cursor to the link
and then use the command to know the cursor position. I don't remember the
command. While doing this the browser window should be maximised and you
would need to inner the position based on x and y coordinates that jaws
gives.

Alternatively you can ask them to use find command and type the link. Doing
that, the system also highlight the text that matches making it easy to
see.
