hi, any keybord from the yamaha psr series will do good for you. however as i think u realise, it is not possible to play Karnatic music in its purest form on a western instrument such as a keybord. so let both of them be separet hobbies. learning the keybord, and learning karnatic music on an indian instrument more suited for the purpose. best, shireen.
