in this case, it refers to any instrument that generates sound out of itself, and not electronically.
so anything non-electronic, such as the flute, your basic guitar, drums, etc, that do not use electronic/digital means or electronic processors to produce music, would be an acoustic instrument. i dont mean to put u off, but general questions such as these can be either located quite easily on line, or you could write to me off the list, if it is not directly accessability related. thanx.
