Subhash, I disagree with you when you say such websites will be helpful for other states also.
This kind of initiative can be helpful in cities particularly big ones. Disabled population of Delhi may be benefited by launching of this. But it is difficult to say same about Bengal. You must be aware that internet penetration of West Bengal is only 2.2% as to 17.6% of Delhi. Majority of disabled people who are members of our network have little access to computers or internet - so this kind of endeavour can benefit only few.
