Thats very importent issue. Rather I am going to file a petition in Delhi high court against the High Court itself for implementing MSJE scribe guidelines in upcoming Delhi Judicial service exam which is conducted by the High Court itself. I talked to Registrar of High Court, but he was of the view we can not implement these guidelines because it will be difficult to ensure that a candidate isn't involved in cheating. If I am able to get order from High court once, I can go to High Court again against UPSC for proper implementation of these guidelines or to do some favorable arrangements.
