Penalizing verbal abuse in the name of disability, on the lines of SC/ST, was suggested to be included in the new act by me. But, it like most of my suggestions, fail on deaf ears. Oh, OH!!! I might have been prosecuted for the above statement, had it been accepted!!
I can again circulate all of my suggestions through this list, if members so desire, because still we can influence the law, I am told.
