These kinds of expressions were previously treasured in the literature of
numerous languages. Perhaps the sensitivity of such insulting phrases
resembling the actual sense that causes the emotional disheartenments of
persons belonging to the concerned sections for which they are applied were
not brought under a refining enlightenment due to the significant
unawareness prevalent in the then society. However, legitimizing the
refrainment of avoiding such usages may be put to question on the ground of
its existing idiomatic connotation. But where the constitution of this
nation is subjected to undergo invariable amendments time to time, even
concerning the incorporation or elimination of several terms, why such
issues are deliberately being overshadowed under the non-serious
responsiveness of the concerned authority on the basis of their confined
outlook? We should be committed to preserve our reverential integrity and
its significance by being constructively sensitive to the violation of such
values, and also by initiating requisite measures in respect of its
protection. No matter how little or intense our efforts in this regard, but
if constructed sincerely and regularly, the constant endeavour through such
efforts in order to bring about a reformative change in the attitudinal
behaviour of the people can be imagined to some extent as achieving in
reality.
