This is a beauty which establishes diverse needs of diverse people Amar! If notes noted down in Braille are inaccessible for others, then anything is written with pen copy is inaccessible for blind people too! All using computer in same language is a distant dream. But State has a bigger role to provide assistive tools on reasonable price to blind people. Hope Modi, PM designate and his team, take note of this!
