Hello All, I am also facing a strange problem with jaws 15.0.923 demo with ms office 13 in windows 8.1 environment. Jaws is not reading the menues/ribbons in office 13 even after checking the virtual ribbons menue. It becomes silence while pressing alt button. Where as the same jaws is reading the menues/ribbons in windows 7 professional with the same office. Therefore, I seek your kind guidance and suggestions how to make read ribbons in office 13 in windows 8.1 environment. Further, I request you to kindly upload required files if any to resolve the issue. your kind help to resolve this issue is highly appreciated. Janardhana naidu.
