Pawan, Whenever you do get to a roti maker, please ensure you not only try making it in front of the sales persons yourself, but also taste the one you've made before finally deciding on buying one. I have tried one such roti maker years ago but found it quite useless. The roti seems undercooked and not at all like the roties one would make manually. A little difference in taste and texture I can live with, but this was nothing you would want to eat. Strangely when the salesperson made his roti, it was pretty good. As far as accessibility went, it wasn't very difficult to handle. One needs to be careful because you are dealing with an electrical connection and a hot tava as the roti press is a tava after all. I am writing this after seeing Manish's details on an available roti maker. There might be better appliances today when compared to the one I used about almost a decade ago.
