Hi, I haven't observed a Roti-maker in action. But if it requires as much time as setting up a food-processor, for instance, then I'll need to approach a good chef to acquire and perfect my roti-making skill using conventional rolling-pin method. Having said that, if the quantity is high, then Roti-maker unit could be of some use, bringing down the amount of time spent in average per roti.
