Hello Manish, It is the mobile number and not the password that the department has asked for. >From this assessment year onwards we have to register our mobile number and email id while filling the annual income tax return. the department will send a code which is to be confirmed first only then the return can be filed. The same mobile number and email id once registered cannot be used more than 10 times while filing the return during the assessment year 2014-15.
