Here I am asuming you are using office 7. Do the following, 1. press alt +a t. to activate auto filter. 2. go to column heading where you want to filter, the jaws will announce auto filter dropdown. 3. Press the alt + down arrow. 4. Select the Items which you want to display by pressing spacebar to check it. 5. tab to ok and hit enter. Now you will see that only Items you selected are displaied .
