in my case I didn't face such problems from my family members but by
outsiders I too faced lot of problems after I became blind at the age
of 16 years, first I faced was Karnataka road transport used to give
free bus pass for blind persons whenever I used to travel with this
pass conductor of that bus used to make me to sit at the last seat he
also used to tell me that I am travelling without ticket so I have to
sit at the last seat, it was horrible on long distance journey
travelling in last seat, this happened to me many times in Karnataka,
since then whenever I go to Karnataka to my Home town i mostly avoid
travelling by KSRTC busses I prefer train this incident happened
between 1994 to 1999, after that I settled in Delhi & here in busses
they very well cooperate with blinds
