Hi, this is good inetiative. But I would prefer to make some changes here.
The ID card which the Government is going to issue should include pwd's independence. For instance, to book rail ticket they should issue unique number to VI persons which will us to save the time inspite of going to stations and standing in the cueue. Like this, they are many. Hope they will concern about this as well..
