hi, yes, the open source may not be utilized by every users. But the rest screen readers is not modifiable/customizable even by an experts too. If any thing is not 100% that should neither consider nor compare with a thing having a constant figure of zero for ever. If a common user is unable to handle the source codes, it is not fault of the software system itself. >From the perspective of software, it is for all and by all.
