Worldspace has packed up forever. I believe, the Africa service was available 
until recently. Don't know of its present state.

I don't think they completely abandoned their services, rather it has now been 
made a paid service, no free station is there. At least I checked the same 
about 3 years back, don't know about today's scenario.
