I remember hearing about an app on Android that uses the phone's camera to
determine the pulse rate of an individual. If he/she holds the finger in
front of the camera, the app scans the finger and determines the pulse rate.
Firstly, I don't know whether these apps are reliable. If they are reliable
enough for emergencies, then I don't know whether are any accessible
versions out there. This can be useful as far as health is concerned.

Siddhant

Subject: [AI] Suggestions required for developing software for
VisuallyChallenged:
Hi friends,
we have thought of a topic for research called "E health(Electronic
Health)".
this includes various sub topics like health of women/girls, health of
elderly people, general disabilities and visual impairement.
it includes developing technology solutions for various health issues.
one of them is Visual impairment.
as we all know of the many technologies for the blind like screen
readers, voice over etc,
is there any thing that you would like me to consider?
for example mobile apps for indoor navigation, apps or software for
math accessibility etc.
it would be good if you can suggest me any software because our focus
is software for health.
Thanks and regards,
Vidhya
