Dear Arvind, 1. SWO A is the nomenclature used for clerical staff in banks. Some banks like SBI and associates call it "assistant". 2. "SWO B", "special assistant" or "head casheer" are all additional duties assigned to clerical staff for which they are paid some additional allowances. Instead of handeling special duties mentioned in para 2, they are not authorised to sign the documents and approve it. Its the officers who are authorised to sign the documents and officiate...
