I am not sure whether UGC has issued any such notification separetly which allows a student to use computer for the purpose of appearing in the examination. However there is no such need of a notification because the Uniform guidelines for conducting the examinations for persons with disabilities issued by the office of CCPD and ministry of social justice have been sent to UGC to further instruct all universities affiliated to it for the implementation of these guidelines. several universities have already adopted these guidelines through a formal procedure such as Delhi University, JNU etc. Contact the examination controller of your university with the guidelines and the letter of CCPD that was written to the UGC to instruct different universities for its strict implementation.
