As I know, there is no universal policy framed out for the employees with
disabilities by the employers at corporate sector, however, some companies
have designed internal policies for the people with disabilities in their
respective organizations which may differ company to company.
The guidelines or any constructive policies are not there but you may view
some of the scheme of government of India for employing the persons with
disabilities.
