Dear friends,
IBPS has demanded medical certificates of persons with disabilities at
the time of interview which should be int the format that they have
described at the end of their advertisement notice. They have said in
the advertisement of specialist officer that :

... As per GOI guideline dated 29.07.2013 candidate claiming such
benefits should produce medical certificate in the prescribed format
available at the end of this advertisement. ....

But at the end of the advertisement there are three types of
certificates. Here in my district the medical authority has refused to
produce certificate in these formats. they said that we have not have
such guidelines.
What are the guidelines of GOI dated 29.07.2013.What should I do.
