If one desires a change, then the best person to initiate the change process is the person himself/herself with the desire. We can be the change agent. NGOs are also driven by people like us and if they cannot make a difference, let us step up to the plate and drive the change. They too are volunteering their time and effort, we can do the same. No point in being critical of anyone.
