Dear Mr. Joshi / Ms. Madhumitha: Agreed there are lapses within the system, there are organizations and governmental authorities which are not doing the needful in the right manner.
But as beneficiaries we must raise our voice. If you feel that an appropriate authority is not doing its job in a proper manner then please take time to reach out to them and seek a solution. In my limited experience of these few years, one thing which I have clearly learnt is that there are not enough users (mind my words, users) not claiming for something and it is only the large group or organizations which are advocating for so many things. This also leads to lack of awareness and lack of interest on part of any authority to do anything. I know as an individual the struggle increases as you don't have the contacts, resources, and the big banner to claim anything, but it is really we as users who are taken more seriously.
